Join the Pelvic Floor PTs of CorEssentials for this fun workshop in partnership with Libelula Wellness. They will have an overiew discussion on bladder hot topics and all things related to your pelvic floor and how it works. They will test your knowledge, dispel common myths, discuss pelvic floor buzz words and hot topics, learn why this knowledge is so important and introduce the upcoming Empowered Pelvis workshop coming soon!
This class is geared towards anyone with a Vulva, but they will also have a class geared towards anyone with a penis on Sunday.

Candlelight Storytelling Circle for Moms
Join us on Friday April 25th at 6:30p for a beautiful evening of storytelling hosted by Nurture Massage Therapy, Massage by Leti and Empowered Chiropractic.
This gathering was born from our Fireside Storytelling Circle for birthworkers—an evening of warmth, wisdom, and shared stories. We felt called to create a space just like this for mothers.
We will settle into the glow of candlelight, and listen to a story told from the heart allowing you a moment to pause, to receive, to be held in community. After the story, we will sit with its wisdom, inviting space for reflection, sharing, or simply holding it in our hearts.
Please bring a candle to add to our circle—a small light to join with others as we gather. And if you feel called, a snack to share—a simple offering of nourishment for both body and spirit.
This Candlelight Storytelling Circle will be held at Nurture Massage Therapy, located at 2101 West Avenue, San Antonio TX 78201.

Join us for the Latched Baby Shower, where you can celebrate your pregnancy, enjoy fun and snacks, and learn about parenting in a stress-free environment. We’ll cover important topics like breastfeeding, infant safety, partner support, and postpartum care. This event is for families who are 28 weeks or more pregnant, but our team can help you find the right session if you’re earlier in your pregnancy.
