  • Thank you so much for your interest in booking! At the end of booking you will be given an option to create a client account using your email and your chosen password. Be sure to create this client account, as all of your intake form information will be saved. If you do not create an account and decide to book again, you will be required to re-fill out the intake form every time you book.

    If this is your first time visiting with us we do require a 50% deposit of the scheduled service in order to hold your appointment. This deposit will go towards the total of your service. We will send you an emailed invoice and it must be taken care of 24 hours before your appointment, or you forfeit your appointment time and we will cancel the scheduled service.

  • Welcome back! Please be sure to Log In to your account. By logging in you can avoid re-filling out your digital intake form and/or make edits if necessary. To log in, select the “Log In” button at the top right corner. If you have not yet created an account you can do so after booking your appointment.

    If you have forgotten your password, select the “Log In” button and then select the “Forgot Password” link. Follow the instructions from there.

  • After booking your appointment, you can create a client account by selecting Create Account on the confirmation page, immediately after booking. Creating a client account will allow for more convenient scheduling, as your digital client intake form will be saved. If you do not create an account, you will need to fill out the digital intake form each time you book an appointment.

    If you did not see this option after booking, simply go to your Confirmation Email and select the Edit Forms button. This will take you back to the page where you can create your client account.

  • Payment is accepted at the end of your service.

    That means if you are using a Gift Certificate, you DO NOT enter it into the “Redeem Coupon, Package, or Gift Certificate” option located at booking. Our booking software is completely different than our payment software so it will not work.

    Book your appointment as normal and we will scan your gift certificate at checkout at the end of your service.

  • **As Nichole is currently pregnant and due at the very beginning of March. She does plan on working until going into labor, but as we know baby’s come when they are ready, so her schedule will be opening 2 weeks at a time until that day comes. If you do not see something open, please check back later or join the cancellation list.

    Normally our schedule opens 90 days at a time. This means you will only be able to see availability through the next 90 days from today. If you check back tomorrow you will see another day become available.

  • Postpartum Massage Day is a day in our schedule especially set aside for all of our newly postpartum mamas (0-3 months postpartum)! Postpartum massage is recommended as early as 24 hours to a week of giving birth, but there is no way to tell when birth will happen. This is why we dedicate 1 day a month to you for mobile massage (you can come to the office if requested). To book this specific day, be sure to select the “Postpartum Massage Day” category when booking.

    If this day does not work for your schedule, be sure to select the “In Office Massage” category to find a Postpartum appointment that may work for your schedule.

    Please note Postpartum Massage Day sessions are limited to 60 minutes only to allow us to see as many newly postpartum mothers as possible. We will open this day up to the rest of our clients for in office massage, within 48 hours if all time slots have not been filled.

    For these mobile appointments we do not travel more than 20 miles from our office (2101 West Ave, SA TX 78201). If you are 15 miles or more there is an additional $10 travel fee.

  • Pediatric Massage Day is a day in our schedule especially set aside for all of our pediatric clients. We understand the importance of massage for children and want to share that knowledge and passion. This is why we will dedicate 1 day a month for pediatric clients only. To book this specific day, be sure to select the “Pediatric Massage Day” category when booking.

    If this day does not work for your schedule, be sure to select the “Pediatric Massage” category to find another day that may work.

    We will open this day up to the rest of our clients within 48 hours if all time slots have not been filled.
