Hi there, I’m Haley!
I’m a licensed massage therapist certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). I’m originally from Las Vegas and a “semi-crunchy” mom who loves approaching health and wellness from a holistic perspective.
My journey into wellness began through athletics. I grew up playing soccer and continued through college, where I earned my Bachelor of Science. Over the years my husband and I have lived in several different states, and we were excited to settle here in San Antonio with our daughter.
I love helping people better understand their bodies and supporting them through their healing process. Whether you’re navigating recovery, post-op care, reducing inflammation, or simply wanting to feel more balanced, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported and cared for.
