Thank you so much for your interest in booking! You can schedule your appointment directly using the booking system above.
If this is your first time visiting, a 50% deposit is required to hold your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total and must be completed within 24 hours to secure your scheduled time.
At the end of booking, you’ll have the option to create a client account. This allows your intake forms to be saved for future visits and makes rebooking easier. If an account isn’t created, forms will need to be completed each time you book.

MLD is a gentle therapy that can support a wide range of needs. It’s especially helpful during pregnancy, postpartum, and for those experiencing swelling, fluid retention, or recovery after surgery.

This work uses very light, rhythmic movements which is quite different from traditional massage. Many clients find it deeply relaxing, even though the pressure is gentle.
You may notice a sense of lightness or reduced congestion in your body after your session.

Yes. MLD can be a supportive option during pregnancy and postpartum, especially for swelling and fluid retention. Your session will always be adjusted to meet your body’s needs during this time.

If you’re dealing with swelling, puffiness, or a feeling of heaviness in your body, MLD may be a great fit. If you’re looking more for muscle-focused work, massage may be the better option.
