Hey Mama,
Nurture Massage Therapy provides support and empowerment wherever you are on your motherhood journey, by offering skilled therapeutic massage, education and community.
We nurture your physical and emotional wellbeing, and have a passion for helping to support your family!
Our Focus
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal or Pregnancy Massage is a wonderful addition to your prenatal care during this transformative time. We work to address the common aches, pains and stress associated with pregnancy such as muscular tension, anxiety, continuous postural shifts, pelvic pain, nerve pain, and can even improve labor outcomes and more. You can enjoy your session starting in your first trimester, and we provide comfortable bolstering systems that allow us to work on you in the side lying position or face down.
Postpartum Massage
After baby is born, it is easy to forget to take care of yourself. Postpartum or Postnatal Massage can be key in your recovery, as we work to alleviate the common pain points that come along with new motherhood. In these sessions we can relieve residual body aches from birth, muscular tension from breastfeeding and newborn childcare, improve the regulation of postpartum hormones, improve sleep and more. Additionally baby will always be welcome in your session, for continued bonding and/or nursing.
Breech Balancing
When your baby is breech or not settling into an ideal position for birth, it can feel overwhelming. Gentle bodywork can help create balance in your body and space for your baby. By combining the Spinning Babies® and Breech Release techniques we can help support both comfort and alignment during this stage of pregnancy. With a focus on physiology before force, these sessions are designed especially for families whose babies are breech or in another position that may make birth more challenging.
Birth Story Listening®
Every birth story holds meaning. Sometimes the stories we carry after birth feel confusing, heavy, or unresolved. Birth Story Listening® offers a gentle, guided space to explore your experience—whether recent or long past—with compassion and curiosity. Rooted in Pam England’s Birth Story Medicine® approach, these sessions are not therapy, but a unique and powerful way to find clarity, connection, and healing.
